I am very pleased to inform you that the Government of the Republic of Slovenia supports the Slovenian University Sports Association with the organisation and realisation of the 26th Winter Universiade 2013 in Maribor.

 

I am convinced that the candidature of the Slovenian University Sports Association is very well considered and well founded not only by the submitter, but also organisations and associations from the entire Slovenia which support the candidature.

Organising winter sports events is a great honour for the Republic of Slovenia. I am sure that the organisers of this grand sports event will show their immense organising skills. Slovenia would be very pleased if it could host the 26th Winter Universiade in 2013.
